Cancellation Terms for the trips, holidays and cruises sold on individual basis at Sail for Singles!!
These cancellation conditions are applicable to singles’ trips and individual cruises organised by Sail for Singles and published on this website. There may be trips with different terms and conditions, but these will be clearly stated on the conditions page of the corresponding trip.
The cancellation fees for a trip are as follows:
There is no cancellation fee up to 7 days before the trip. The total amount of the deposit paid will be reimbursed upon request of the interested party without need for any justification.
From 7 days and up to 48 hours before embarkation, 10% of the trip fee will be retained for administration costs, and the remaining amounts paid to date will be reimbursed.
Any cancellation within 48 hours of embarkation will incur a retention of 25% of the trip fee.
At any time up to 24 hours before embarkation, and without any extra cost, you will be able to exchange the date of your trip for any other listed on our website, provided that there is availability. If there is a difference in price, then this shall be adjusted.
If this new trip is cancelled, then the corresponding cancellation fee will be the fee that would have been applied to the initial trip chosen, should the cancellation fees of the new trip be less than the one originally requested.
If the user fails to attend embarkation without previous notice, the total price of the trip shall be charged, plus any other outstanding fees, if any.
If there is a change for a new trip, the user has 18 months to embark on a new one.
If for any reason you cannot make a trip, you may designate, up to the time of embarkation, another person to take your place with the same conditions and obligations that you had yourself.

You must provide also a telephone number where we can contact you.

You can call us on +34 722 732 224 but we remind you that we require your written confirmation of a cancellation or change in your trip.
You must provide us with your bank account or credit card information in order to receive reimbursement of the booking fee, minus cancellation fees, if any.
Reimbursements of fees will only be made to the same method of payment used at the moment of purchase (wire transfer, credit or debit card, in cash, etc.)
In case of cancellation of a trip by the organizer (bad weather forecasts for example) will be returned 100% of the amount paid, however we will not be responsible for any amount of reservations for flights, trains, hotels, etc. that the participant had hired on your own.
